N’dolè
We drop our suitcases in Cameroon. Do you know N’dolè? This is a Cameroonian dish, made from leaves. It is most often accompanied by cassava or rice sticks. We reveal the recipe now.

Ingredients
- 3 balls of N’dolè
- 500 g of beef
- 2 chopped onions
- 400g groundnut (paste)
- 2 tablespoons of dried crayfish
- 1 bouillon cube (Maggi)
- 2 cloves of minced garlic and chilli
- 200ml oil
- Salt, pepper, and chilli
- 5 liters of water
Preparation
- Properly wash the N’dolè leaves and boil them in a large pot filled with water, accompanied by salt.
- After boiling, remove the leaves and put them in a colander to drain the water.
- Heat the oil and sauté the onions, add the garlic and pepper.
- Add the meat and brown for a few minutes.
- Add the peanut paste and water then cook with the meat for 40 minutes.
- Add the N’dolè leaves then the dried crayfish, the salt, the cube and the chili.
- Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- And finally serve with miondo (cassava stick) or rice.
